From 5.24% OAC for non-deferred agreements; 5.64% OAC for deferred agreements with amortization of 15 years (new cottages) and
5.59% OAC for non-deferred agreements; 5.99% OAC for deferred agreements with amortization of 20 years (used cottages).

Recreational Cottages are different from your normal Rustic Cottage, they are pre-manufactured, similar to modular homes. The interior offers over 500 sq.ft. of fully furnished air-conditioned living space with 2 bedrooms. These are not your typical sized bedrooms, therefore we recommend you pack lightly.
