This Restaurant definitely needs a chance to be found So people from Northumberland county- Cobourg Have a place to go summer months. We have a new chef who is spectacular. We are huge foodies. His burgers, fish tacos, brisket sandwich is without a doubt my new all-time favourites. The service is great. The patio is great. They have live outdoor music. The resort itself is great. No restaurant, I’m out.

We stayed at Cherry Beach Resort for a 7 day stay at one of the cottages. This resort is ideal for families as they provide a playground, splash pad, salt water pool and an awesome swimmers’ beach. You can also take the kayaks, canoes out as well. We loved the grounds as we found plenty to do. Great vacation overall and we would love to visit again. The fact that it was close to Sandbanks was an additional bonus.

It was my family’s first time at Bonnie Lake Resort, we had an incredible time. Thank you to all the friendly staff who made us feel welcome. Great memories made, the resort was designed for relaxation, family activities and we felt one with nature. We’re definitely coming back next year. I highly recommend to anyone who seeks solace and tranquility in the natural environment.

We had a fabulous stay at your resort from the moment we checked in until our departure. Staff was amazing, accommodating and so helpful! Everyone always had a smile on their face. Our cottage was better than expected and we would absolutely stay in that cottage again. It was immaculate and very comfortable. We are a tall family of 3 and we found it very comfortable. We loved that it was right on the water…. The lake was beautiful. the pool was beautiful and i loved the chairs and umbrellas. Again it was even better then the pictures!

The place was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our cottage was very nice and smelled lovely. It was in a well shaded spot filled with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed every moment as did our day visitors. There’s something for everyone.

I was very impressed with Golden Beach Resort. The cottage we stayed in was nicely appointed, very clean, and included many amenities that I wasn’t expecting (fantastic deck with each unit, bbq with each unit, firepit, sup paddleboards, kayaks, canoe… too many to mention them all).
The pool & splashpad were a huge hit with the kids in our crew! Special mention goes out to the Boathouse restaurant. We chose to have our second night supper there as we were all too lazy to want to cook for ourselves… we arrived expecting chip truck fare & were instead treated to some of the most delicious offerings found!
Our experiences with staff were pleasant & helpful, anything we’d forgotten, or needed was available at the resort, and to top everything off we had a gorgeous view of an incredible GOLDEN sunset right from our deck overlooking the boats in the marina! It was truly beautiful!I would definitely recommend Golden Beach Resort to anyone! The value we enjoyed for the price paid was exceptional.
